7:30pm be at your mat, mats will be available for rent onsite for $5.
Yes, you can do chair yoga at this event! This is an all levels relaxation and stretch yoga session with a Certified Yoga Teacher, followed by a guided meditation/shavasana.

YES, you can use THC CBD products, but products without THC are welcome too. You can use a CBD salve, or step outside and use your favorite CBD vape product. If you are going to consume an edible, please do so prior to arriving onsite (ideally by 6pm) to let it get into your system to enjoy the full benefit of your CBD during your practice.
